Prioritise Your Evolution
Pranayama, yoga, kriya, mantra in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition
These sessions take us on an evolutionary journey using breath, movement and mantra (sacred sounds) that awakens awareness and enhances our inner experience. Each session has a theme that unfolds throughout the session, enabling us to become free from our conditioning and dive into the inner realms of our consciousness. The sessions begin with specific breathing methods (pranayama) and progress into yoga asanas, with kriyas that enhance and consolidate the theme. A short meditation follows to bring us into stillness.
Come 15 mins early to learn relevant kriyas, mantra and bandhas for your journey

The Chakras – Centers of Consciousness
A sequential exploration through all the chakras.
These powerful kriyas have been gifted to us from the Himalayan Masters to share with those who wish to enhance their spiritual evolution.
The sessions will involve specific pranayama (breathing sequences and directed awareness) that awaken, enliven and balance the chakra and nadi system and take us beyond our everyday experience into the consciousness of the Self.
Each week there will be two specific methods taught that you will be able to practice during the week, to consolidate the inner processes and enhance your experience of the chakras, as we ascend the core of our being.
Commitment to all three classes required.

YIN YOGA
Yin is a restorative and nourishing style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer durations, around 5 minutes. Yin helps to release tension, work with the deeper tissues of the body, target meridians/energetic pathways and calm the nervous system. Yin yoga emphasises stillness, mindfulness and introspection.

Satsang in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition
Opening to the wisdom of the Masters
A sacred gathering for sharing of our experiences and understanding of this ancient tradition. We come together in the spirit of the Masters to open ourselves to what might be possible. Savitri and Phillip will relate their understanding gained from over twenty years on pilgrimages in the mountains and their interaction with the Great Ones who reside in this spiritual epicentre of the planet. The session will consist of a sharing, questions and answers, learning a simple kriya that you can incorporate into your daily life, assisting your evolution and that of the planet, and a short meditation.
