The Call of the Heart

Are you looking for an alternative to being constantly drawn into the ‘noise’ of the world? We all have the option of ‘going inward’ rather than always being drawn into the outer. We offer a series of day events that draw upon the ancient wisdom of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition to allow us to reorient our lives towards the freedom of the inner way. In these events we will explore the inner makeup of humans and how we can use that exploration to transform our lives and free ourselves from the tyranny of the outer, creating inner mastery and freedom.

The title – The Call of the Heart, arises from the heart centre, the centre of consciousness within us that yearns for us to free ourselves from the bondage of ignorance and realise our true nature, which is Love. As much as we yearn for freedom, so too the Heart yearns for us to be free. Therefore, it calls to us to come into the heart space and truly experience that boundless freedom that arises from the realisation of our own Self – the Self, the only one that really IS.
